Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

This website is operated by Ikko Digital Shoots. Welcome to Ikko Digital Shoots. By accessing or using our website and professional photography/videography services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling a booking. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book our services or use our platform.

2. Professional Services

Ikko Digital Shoots is an elite photography and videography studio providing premium services including:

  • Wedding Photography & Candid Shots
  • Cinematic Wedding Film Editing & Trailers
  • Pre-Wedding Location Shoots & Creative Videos
  • Corporate & Music Event Coverage
  • Birthday Parties & Private Celebration Shoots
  • Custom Leather Photobooks & Premium Prints

3. Client Responsibilities & Event Cooperation

By scheduling or executing service contracts under our brand, you agree:

  • To provide accurate, legitimate details regarding event date, venue, timings, and coordinates.
  • To ensure our camera crew is allowed access to shoot at the designated venues/locations.
  • To cooperate efficiently during posing direction, styling planning, and required schedule times.
  • To obtain necessary venue shooting permissions, permits, or local photography passes in advance.
  • To settle all service payments and event travel/accommodation balances in a timely manner.

4. Payments & Onboarding Deposits

All service bookings require an initial deposit of **30% to 50%** of the total estimated package cost to lock the event date in our calendar. The remaining balance must be settled in full on or before the day of the shoot/event. Shoot dates are not considered locked or reserved until the deposit is successfully processed.

5. Booking Cancellation & Refund Policy

This website is operated by Ikko Digital Shoots. Clients may cancel their shoot reservation and request a complete refund within 24 hours of deposit payment, provided the event date is not already locked in and no shoot planning has commenced. For cancellations after 24 hours, the deposit is strictly non-refundable as we turn down other bookings for that date. Rescheduling is permitted at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability. Please check the full Refund & Cancellation Policy page for exact steps.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All raw footage, unedited photographs, and graded cinematic files created by Ikko Digital Shoots remain the property of the studio. Upon full invoice settlement:

  • The client receives comprehensive, high-resolution digital files with unlimited personal reproduction and sharing rights (e.g. printing, social posting).
  • Ikko Digital Shoots retains the right to use the edited photographs and cinematic clips for studio portfolio, social media showcases, and marketing promotions, unless a private agreement is explicitly negotiated.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ikko Digital Shoots works with the utmost care, utilizing multiple backup cameras and premium storage configurations. However, the studio shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays or complete failures to capture specific moments due to client tardiness, venue restrictions, or guest interference.
  • Severe weather changes, transport blockades, or local venue power outages (Force Majeure).
  • Accidental technical gear failure, card corruption, or unexpected hardware malfunctions (liability limited strictly to the refund of paid package amounts for affected segments).
  • Album shipping delays caused entirely by the third-party courier partner.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued scheduling of bookings or portfolio use post-modification constitutes complete consent to the updated terms.
