Refund Policy

1. Onboarding Deposits & Locking Dates

This website is operated by Ikko Digital Shoots. At Ikko Digital Shoots, transparency and professional commitment are our highest values. When you book a photography or videography session, we reserve the specific date and timing exclusively for you and turn down all other business inquiries. Therefore, to secure your shoot, an advance deposit of **30% to 50%** is required, which is strictly **non-refundable** after the 24-hour grace period described below.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Grace Period

Clients may cancel their booking request and receive a complete refund of their deposit within 24 hours of transaction confirmation. This full refund will be processed and credited back to the customer's original payment method (refund mode) within 5 to 7 business days. After this 24-hour window, the deposit is locked and becomes non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected schedule conflicts or event adjustments may happen. If you need to reschedule your photo shoot:

  • You must submit a written request at least 14 days prior to the scheduled shoot date.
  • Rescheduling is subject to studio availability. If the team is available on your new date, we will transfer your deposit to the new date without additional fees.
  • If a request is made less than 14 days before the event, a rescheduling fee of **15% of the total package value** will apply to cover coordinator scheduling conflicts.

4. Force Majeure & Weather Conditions

Outdoor portrait sessions (such as pre-weddings) are highly weather-dependent. In the event of severe rain, storms, or force majeure events:

  • Ikko Digital Shoots reserves the right to postpone or pause outdoor shoots for the safety of our crew and gear.
  • We will offer alternative indoor locations or reschedule the shoot to the earliest mutually available date without any extra penalty.
  • In extremely rare circumstances where we cannot fulfill the booking due to technical emergencies or crew sickness, a **100% full refund** of all paid amounts will be issued immediately.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be approved or issued in the following scenarios:

  • If the client cancels the booking after the 24-hour grace period (deposit retained to offset lost business).
  • For delivered, edited digital photo folders or completed cinematic wedding films.
  • For delays in shoot coverage caused by client's late arrivals, makeup delays, or venue scheduling issues.
  • For travel, ticket, or hotel accommodation costs already booked and paid for outstation destination shoots.
  • For customized physical photobooks and leather albums once they have been sent to press/printing.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds (such as bookings cancelled inside the 24-hour grace period or cancellations initialized by the studio) are resolved promptly. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
