1. Overview of Photo & Video Delivery

This website is operated by Ikko Digital Shoots. At Ikko Digital Shoots, we deliver the vast majority of our professional photography and videography assets digitally through secure online portals. However, for premium packages containing physical assets (such as customized leather photobooks, custom prints, or dedicated USB drives), we offer tracked domestic shipping across India.

2. Digital Album Delivery & Timelines

All photo shoots undergo meticulous post-processing, professional color grading, and selective retouching. We utilize secure online channels for transfer and delivery:

  • Sneak Peek Photos: A folder containing 15-20 beautifully edited highlight photos is delivered within 3 business days of your shoot to share on social media.
  • Full Digital Gallery: The complete collection of professionally edited high-resolution photos is delivered via **Google Drive** or **Dropbox** within 15 to 20 business days.
  • Cinematic Videos & Highlights: Graded 4K cinematic films, teasers, and event highlights are delivered completely online within 20 to 25 business days from the shoot date.

We maintain active cloud backup links for your galleries for **6 months** post-delivery. We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your media files immediately upon receipt.

3. Physical Products Shipping (Photobooks & USBs)

If your selected package (such as the Platinum Plan) includes physical customized leather photobooks, physical prints, or a custom-packed USB drive:

  • Printing Phase: Once you review the digital layout drafts and approve the page design, print production takes approximately 5 to 7 business days.
  • Shipping Mode: Physical deliverables are packed in premium shockproof protective boxes and shipped via trusted domestic courier services (DTDC, Delhivery, or Speed Post).
  • Transit Timeline: Once couriered, transit takes approximately 3 to 5 business days to reach addresses in Indore and pan-India.
  • Tracking Number: A tracking number and direct links to tracking portals are sent to your email or WhatsApp immediately upon courier dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs & Address Accuracy

Unless explicitly stated in your custom contract, standard domestic shipping charges for package photobooks are completely **free of charge** within India. It is the client's sole responsibility to provide an accurate, complete shipping address (including pincode and mobile number) to prevent transit delays. Ikko Digital Shoots shall not be held liable for delayed deliveries caused by inaccurate addresses or courier strikes.
